SLFF7 Special Application- [Groups/Factions]

By filling out this form, you are applying for special privledges for your group/faction. Should you simply wish to form a group of characters uniting for a cause, you don’t need to fill this out, but should your faction wish special rewards, such as materia and huds, this will have to be filled out.

Please note that the Black Scar gangs have their own set of rules, and should you wish a gang, you will need to pick up that notecard from the Junon skybox.

First, be sure to read the rules, found in the skybox of each sim. Next, fill out this notecard completely. Omitting anything may result in an instant denial. Please answer each question to the best of your ability, and use your best English.

Once the form is complete, replace the [Your SL name here] with your complete second life name. Failing to do so may cause this notecard to get lost in the inventory of the GM you send it to.

Finally, find a GM and give them this application. You can find a list of GMs on the walls on either sim. If you do not recieve a response within 7 days, please contact any GM to ask about the status of your application.
