I’ve been an RPer for some time… eh… on and off… maybe since I was like… 10? I’ve ALWAYS been an actor (read “ham”) so I love nothing more that to get into a role.
I found Midgar about… eh… three years ago now? Anywho, I kinda jumped in head first. My first few hours were spent working with Alch Sefaris on Gemheit… and let’s say that was a doozy to get going… BUT, eventually we figured something that worked and I jumped down into the sim. Now, something that some do know though many don’t about Gemheit… I had originally been told it was HARD to get a fuzzy in and that they were hated… so I originally planned for him to walk up to ShinRa and either get thrown on a lab table or kicked down the steps and told to get lost. Wanna know the original plan for him? He would go from fighter to caster, take up a staff, and end up joining AVALANCHE… So I get down into the sim and, lo and behold, there are plenty of fuzzies and I was in SOLDIER before I knew it… And THAT was when I REALLY learned that RP NEVER really goes the way you expect it to. That about cuts it for my FIRST experience in the sim.
Now? I’ve been through too much to count. I’ve met AWESOME people and made a TON of friends in this community and I wouldn’t have it any other way… You guys are great and I’m just glad that, even if “iT,” I have a chance to do a bit more for the sim.
Real Life: Welp… I ain’t got much of one, to be honest… I mostly work, go to class, or am on SL. Play on some MMOs now and again, but I’m usually on SL here if I’m not working, eating, sleeping, or <explitive edited>. I ain’t got no relationships and am straight, since that seems to be a popular “RL” thing to bring up. :p
The Character I’m most similar too: Uhm… uh… I really didn’t make my characters much like myself… so uhm… Eveillan… I’d have to say… I’m pretty laid back and sometimes oblivious to a point of being naive… but I can get quite… well… let’s just say… hurt anyone I call friend or family… I do not get very happy…
