About this GM: I am a happily married, stay-at-home mother of one fantastic little boy. My husband is a senior programming architect at a major computer software corporation and I am a jack-of-all-trades who does random stuff on the internet. I am currently going into the field of podcasting/videocasting and will be launching a site called 1FTW.com that does just that. I started roleplaying at 13 years old. I have played in or GMed a vast majority of RPGs out there. At 17, I started GMing in major liveaction convention games with over 200 players. By 19, I was helping organize local gaming conventions and running several games. At 21, I served as a marketing director for an independent RPG publishing company- Concept Syndicate. At 22, I became an expert at AllExperts.com in roleplaying games and video games. (I am also an expert in weddings, childbirth, and doulas there.) During all this time, I continued to run and play in games both in person and online. I am an admin on a CounterStrike:Source server & a Team Fortress 2 server. My husband is the famous Mattie of the popular EventScripts which runs on over 9000 servers for Valve games. So, yeah, I have a good bit of GM and gaming experience
I have been a huge Final Fantasy fan since I played the original Final Fantasy at my friend’s house. The first FF game I owned was Final Fantasy 4 (In the US, FF2) and then Final Fantasy Mystic Quest (which I still have on SNES cartridge!) After that, I would beg for Final Fantasy games for every birthday & holiday (and continue to do so until this day!) Unlike my Harry Potter & LOTR fandoms, my Final Fantasy has been one that has lasted through most of my life. I just can’t get enough!
In Second Life, I am the Chief Operating Officer of SL Venture Group (SLVG). In the World of Hogwarts RPG, I am the RPOCO, Rental Manager, and a GM. Generally the only places you will ever find me on Second Life are the islands where I’m an estate manager (Midgar + SLVG islands). That keeps me busy enough! Within the Midgar sim, I specialize in rentals, take care of the finances, lead factions, generate non-combat plotlines, host events, help the ever-awesome Floyd with publicity/marketing, and load down the poor GMiTs with tons and tons of work. I also do other assorted random stuff and I love helping people!
