Welcome back Kenji Yalin and Icy Whitfield to the GM team. Real life has calmed down enough for them to get back to their duties, while Kati remains simply doing the website and forum maintenance because she’s too busy getting her house ready for Kenji to move in with her in real life.

/me shakes a fist.

Oh sure, you go back to the fun stuff, the drama, the arguing, the ….right then. :3

Icy, and myself have recently stepped down from GM status, due to RL issues. Without going into details? Work sucks. For all of us. Anyway, I (Katiroth) will continue to keep the forums and website and wiki handled, and all of us will still be in-sim, but not in any official capacity anymore.

…This does mean that the GM council is taking GMiT applications. However, do NOT bug any current GM about it. Simply write up an app and send it in. Where are the apps at? There are none. Part of the goal of the GMiT program is to see how you can do without being spoon fed stuff. So write up what you think would be a good app about yourself, and toss it their way.

Still working on some revamps of the site. Since I’m taking a break for two weeks from in-world GMing stuff, I’ll be doing more behind the scenes stuff on the website and forums. Several changes are in the works, especially with the rules rewrite and other such fun things. <3

All but one GM biography is done. The factions panel has gotten a little bit of a revamp and the content is being seriously revamped as well.

A few events are coming up– the Biohazards will be saying their farewell, Discord may be up to something, and rumor has it that the Abominations will be doing something epic.

FFCS update is in the works to fix a few bugs, and gang wars are SERIOUSLY heating up.

Please visit our forums (Announcements) for a more..detailed description of what’s happening with the sim. Then you can decide for yourself who you think was right. That’s why we have it up there, after all.

In much more pleasant news, the website should be getting a facelift soon. Either a flash website or a new wordress makeover. We’ll see. Rules are also going to get an overhaul– basically the same, just worded to be much more clear.

Now…after being in this damn GM meeting since 5:00 SLT, I’m ready for bed. >.<

JUNON HAS OPENED!

Our sister sim, Junon, has finally opened up and is available to roleplay in! Just type in “Junon” in the map feature and voila! You’re there!

Our new combat system, the FFCS, is also slated to come out soon. Keep your eyes peeled for that.
